Birth or Postpartum Doula
A birth doula can be an amazing advocate during your pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Before your baby is born, she can help ease fears by educating your family on the birth process and help you navigate prenatal appointments. On the big day, a birth doula can provide emotional support, non-medical pain management techniques, relaxation and breathing exercises, and advice on labor positions. Her goal is to help you feel empowered to take an active role in your birth.
A postpartum doula helps you after your baby’s born. She cares for mom and baby, performs light housekeeping, makes nourishing meals, and can provide other support such as helping older children adjust to a new sibling.
When growing, birthing, and caring for a new human, you deserve support, mama. This gift card helps you get it.
Note: Doula support can start around $1,000 so make sure to put as many gift cards as you need on your registry.

Gift Card Details
This only applies to bundles that include gift cards for services. All gift cards include suggested services however flexibility is key when pregnant and transitioning to motherhood so mamas are able to use their gift cards on ANY of our wellness experiences and consultations. When bundles or gift cards are purchased, you will receive an email with your gift card details and instructions within 48 hours of the purchase. You can start booking your self-care, classes and support as soon as you receive the gift card.
Shipping Details
Please allow a minimum 3-4 weeks to ship bundles. Products may be substituted based on availability and you will be notified prior to shipping.
